Positive: Modern building. The location was very good. The house was clean. Great TV. Coffee and tea was provided. Check in easy. Negative: The public hottub was out of order. Some property facilities were incorrectly listed. E.g. there was no swimming pool. Cutleries (spoons) and pans were few Second (sofa)bed is in the living room, in front of the master bedroom and separated by transparent glass panels.

Positive: Phillip's place is just as it looks in the photos. It is easily walkable to places like Eaton centre, Union station, and the AGO. Co-host Christina responded right away to any questions. It was very comfortable and fit our family of four. Beautiful place. Would definitely recommend for a stay in downtown Toronto.
